333pub is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and at other points as deemed appropriate by the platform's compliance process. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard requirement for online gaming platforms.

As part of KYC, you may be asked to provide:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — a passport, driver's licence, or Philippine national ID (PhilSys) are all acceptable.

Your 333pub account is personal and may only be used by you. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported an unauthorised access issue to 333pub promptly.
• OTP (One-Time Password) verification is used to protect certain account actions. Ensure the mobile number registered to your account is current and accessible to you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support through your account dashboard immediately.

Accounts must not be used for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. Using a 333pub account for any commercial purpose, money laundering activity, or to exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

All deposits on 333pub must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (via InstaPay or PESONet). No other payment methods are accepted for wagering deposits.

• Credit cards, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for wagering on this platform.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may be displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• 333pub is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, GCash, or Maya during deposit processing. If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but has not credited to your 333pub balance after the expected processing time, contact support with the transaction reference number.
• 333pub does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. These are outside 333pub's control.

All funds deposited to 333pub are intended for gaming activity on the platform. 333pub reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds where deposits are of an unusual size or frequency.

Players may request withdrawals from their 333pub balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts cannot receive withdrawal payments.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amounts, which are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• 333pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not completed full KYC or where the withdrawal amount is large relative to account activity.
• Bonus-related funds may be subject to separate conditions before they can be withdrawn. These conditions are stated when any bonus is applied to an account.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified through your account. The reason may relate to incomplete verification, outstanding document requests, or a breach of these terms. You may contact support for clarification.

All game results on 333pub are determined by the underlying game systems and, where applicable, by the results of real-world sporting events. The following rules apply to gameplay across all categories:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. Once a bet is accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a game being interrupted, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance at 333pub's discretion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game systems to gain an advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known software error may be voided.

From time to time, 333pub may offer promotions, bonuses, or other rewards to players. Where any such offer is available, the following general rules apply:

• Each promotion or bonus has its own specific terms, including any wagering requirements, eligible game categories, validity period, and minimum deposit conditions. These are stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Promotions are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Creating additional accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• 333pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that have not been earned through genuine gaming activity may be removed from an account without notice.
• Where a promotion references a bonus amount, percentage, or wagering requirement, the specific figures stated in the promotion itself take precedence over any general description. These Terms & Conditions do not specify promotion-specific amounts.

333pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 1.
• KYC documents requested have not been provided within a reasonable time.
• The account has been used to exploit software errors or engage in activity that 333pub determines to be unfair to other players or the platform.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as the player's own request — the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable checks.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard.

333pub provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous uptime and accurate game results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

• 333pub is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions, connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays.
• 333pub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, even if such losses were foreseeable.
• If you believe there has been an error in a game result, a settlement, or a transaction, you must raise a dispute through the support channel in your account dashboard within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be reviewable.
• 333pub's decision on disputes is final after a reasonable investigation has been completed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits 333pub's liability in a way that would not be permitted under applicable Philippine law.

333pub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When a material change is made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and where practical, players may be notified through the platform or by email.

If you continue to use your 333pub account after updated terms have been published, that continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms. 333pub recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions whenever you notice the "Last updated" date has changed.
